Delete your TAKDOSA account and data

How to request deletion of your TAKDOSA account and the personal data stored on our server. This page collects no information.

1. In the app (recommended)

Sign in to the TAKDOSA app.
Open Profile → the gear at the top right (Settings) → 개인정보 및 상담 데이터 관리.
Tap 계정 삭제 요청, read the explanation, then tap 삭제 요청.

A request is accepted only for the signed-in account. Nobody can request deletion of another person's account.
Your birth details stored on the server are deleted at once and your consent is withdrawn. The app shows "삭제 요청 접수됨" with the time.

2. Without app access

Email takdosa.support@gmail.com from your account email. We send a confirmation to that address and proceed after your reply. A phone call alone is not accepted as proof of identity.

3. What is deleted

Your account (email, sign-in data)
Your destiny profile on the server (name or nickname, date, time and place of birth, gender)
Consent records
Consultation questions and answers, recent conversation
Question counts and usage records
The deletion request itself

4. Timing and confirmation

Deadline: we delete within 7 days of receiving the request. Afterwards: the account can no longer sign in. If you asked by email, we confirm by email.

5. What may remain

Aggregate figures that cannot identify you (total question counts and costs)
Database backups: Supabase keeps one backup per day for 7 days. Backups made before the deletion still contain the data and are removed in turn as they pass the 7-day retention. Records Supabase keeps internally to run its service follow Supabase's policy.
Data on your device: removed when you uninstall the app

6. Keep the account, withdraw consent only

In 개인정보 및 상담 데이터 관리, tap 동의 철회. Only your server-side birth details are deleted, right away. ASK is then unavailable until you agree again.
